Pre-Primary and Primary Level

We understand how important learning Maths is from young – it forms the foundation for their math learning journey. Our goal is to build students’ confidence and enthusiasm in exploring mathematical concept. Let’s make it fun.

A diagnostic assessment (written and verbal) is given to each student to ascertain their abilities. A customised learning plan is created based on the assessment results, comprised of the following topics:

At Mathology, we use a combination of mental, verbal, visual, tactile and written exercises. Our curriculum design focusses on visual to spark students’ enthusiasm, promote retention and understanding of content. Specifically for problem solving, bar model strategy is introduced to help students to visualise word problems and derive the relevant mathematical workings.

A customised learning plan is created based on the assessment results to:

  • Close any educational gaps if there are any.
  • Prepare them earlier for higher level math.
  • We aim to build students’ confidence and interest in math by explaining why mathematical rules work and how they can be applied in real life, which will reflect in their school’s grade.

Upper Secondary and Post-Secondary

A diagnostic assessment is given to each student to ascertain their abilities.

We discuss with parents and students about the strategies and goals for the upcoming standardised exams such as SPM, IGCSE, IBDP and A-level based on the assessment results.

Our goals are to boost students’ self-confidence and help them perform better than their current grades through topical exercises and past year papers.
